General Conditions
- Net 30 days: All invoices are payable in full within 30 days of invoice date.
- In the case of delinquent invoices, Thomson CompuMark reserves the right to suspend all services requested by a client.
- Watch services, unless otherwise indicated, are billed on an automatically renewing one (1) year subscription, which begins immediately upon Thomson CompuMark's receipt and acceptance of a Watch order and shall automatically renew thereafter for subsequent one (1) year subscription periods, unless and until either the client or Thomson CompuMark provides the other party notice of termination of the subscription.
- Prices and products listed in Thomson CompuMark rate guide booklets, rate cards, and on this web site, are subject to change.
Delivery and Turnaround Options
- Thomson CompuMark provides a range of delivery options for our trademark, copyright and title research services to meet your needs.
- Many of our products are available for delivery via SAEGIS Inbox. A free SAEGIS account is required in order to receive electronic Inbox delivery-to learn more or sign up, call (888) 477-3447.
- Selected availability search products are also delivered with PowerBuild, Thomson CompuMark's online trademark tool designed to help you review citations, collaborate with colleagues and build your own documents.
Cancellation Policy
Thomson CompuMark allows orders to be canceled without charge, subject to the following conditions:
For most U.S. and Canada trademark searches:
- Orders placed for 4 Day service may be canceled by 9:00 p.m. on the first business day after placing the order.
- Orders placed for 2 Day service may be canceled by 9:00 p.m. on the day the order was placed.
- Orders for Same Day or 4 Hour service may not be canceled, except in the cases of orders placed after our stated daily ordering deadlines. In these cases, orders may be canceled until 9:00 p.m. on the day the order was placed.
For Copyright and Title searches:
- Orders placed for 5 Day service may be canceled by 9:00 p.m. on the second business day after the order was placed.
Orders placed for 3 Day service may be canceled by 9:00 p.m. on the next business day after the order was placed. - Orders placed for 2 Day service may be canceled by 9:00 p.m. on the day the order was placed.
For international trademark searches and all other products:
- Cancellation terms vary by product and by country. Please ask for details.
Sales Tax (U.S. Only)
- State and local sales taxes will be added to sales of Thomson CompuMark products and services shipped to the following states: CA, CT, DC, FL, IL, MD, MA, MI, MN, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA and WA as applicable by state law.
