The new version of our online watch solution is the first step towards SERION™, our new integrated online environment.
SERION will incorporate all the functions you need for conducting, analysing and reporting worldwide screenings, searches and watches.

How to get started with the new version
Our online tutorials give you a brief introduction into the different tools of our online watch solution.
Here is what you need to know to get started with the new version:
Multilingual
The new version is offered in 6 languages: English, French, German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish.
Portfolio
The trademarks watched overview is now called Portfolio and has the following novelties:
- Extended filtering options make it much easier to query;
- By clicking a watched trademark, you now get an overview of the information you added to it.
Watch Results
The trademarks reported overview and trademarks reported selection are now called Watch Results. It has the following novelties if you work entirely online:
- If you change the status code of a watch result, it is now automatically saved.
- It is now also possible to update the status code for multiple trademarks in one go.
- By clicking a reported trademark, you now get the Watch Details instead of the watch notice.
- Watch Details open alongside the Watch Results, giving you details and overview in a single screen.
- To request watch notices, select the watch results in the overview and click the appropriate button.
- E-mail alerts now link directly to the newly reported trademarks and no longer to the calendar.
- Also short opposition e-mail alerts link directly to the newly reported trademarks with short opposition.
In case you do not enter to check new watch results on a daily basis, we advise you to regularly check the Work Overview (the former calendar) for new trademarks to review.
